What we collect

When you send a project inquiry, you provide your name, email address, selected services, project description, preferred timing, and estimated budget. You can also choose to provide your business name or website.

The form also processes technical information needed to deliver your message and prevent abuse, including a submission reference, a temporary session identifier, and a hashed identifier based on a network address or session. Our hosting and email providers may process technical information such as network addresses and request or delivery logs to operate their services.

How we use your information

• Deliver messages reliably and prevent spam or duplicate submissions.
• Keep appropriate business correspondence and records.

Submitting this form does not automatically add you to a marketing mailing list. The website does not send inquiry details to advertising networks or data brokers.

The interactive client portal is a concept demo with sample project data. Feedback entered in that demo stays in the current page and is not submitted to us through the inquiry system.

Service providers

We use providers for website hosting, security, email delivery, and business email. These providers process information needed to perform those services. Website inquiry messages are delivered through Resend to our business inbox, and replies may be handled through our business email provider.

Information may also be disclosed when needed to comply with a legal obligation or protect the security and rights of our business or others.

Cookies & online tracking

The inquiry form uses a short-lived security cookie to connect a submission with its form session. It expires after approximately 30 minutes and helps protect the form from misuse. Blocking essential cookies may prevent direct form submission; you can still email us.

Our hosting provider may use additional essential access or security cookies. The website code does not include advertising pixels or analytics tracking scripts.

We do not use cross-site tracking scripts on this website. Its behavior does not change in response to a browser’s Do Not Track signal.

Keeping your information

Your inquiry is delivered to our business email inbox. We keep correspondence as needed to handle inquiries, manage client relationships, and maintain appropriate business or legal records.

The website separately keeps limited submission and abuse-prevention records. Those records do not store the form’s name, email address, business name, or project description. Expired technical records are removed during subsequent successful submissions.

Your choices & requests

You can contact us to ask about information you submitted or request a correction or deletion. We may need to verify that the request comes from you, and some records may need to be retained for legal or legitimate business reasons.
